I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Danielle is so thoughtful, intentional, and resourceful. She helped us on so many levels when my mom made the difficult decision to sell our multi-generational family home. Danielle took the time to understand the history and deep emotional connection our family had/has to the home, and made sure to listen to what my mom wanted/needed to make everything work. People rarely think about "finding the right buyer," but in this case, it was an integral part of making the transaction happen. Danielle found the perfect buyers that also respected the history and love that was poured into the home over the decades. BONUS: the house didn't ever have to go to open-market! Something that inherently comes with stressors, was otherwise amazing & has been such a huge blessing. Danielle made the process so easy, every step of the way. We didn't just complete a real estate transaction, we made life-long friends with all involved. Not one part of it would be possible without Danielle and her team!
